**Position: Hotel Operations Executive**
**Experince: 2-7 years**
**Salary: 2-4LPA**
**Location: Gurgaon**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage and oversee the hotel’s inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels, proper documentation, and timely replenishment.
- Coordinate operational tasks across various departments, including housekeeping, front desk, and maintenance, to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Maintain up-to-date records of all inventory movements, both incoming and outgoing, and assist in forecasting future needs.
- Assist in managing budgets, ensuring cost-effective inventory purchases without compromising quality.
- Provide support in staff training on operational processes and inventory control systems.
- Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to streamline inventory procurement and distribution.
- Resolve operational issues and ensure adherence to hotel policies and industry standards.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in hotel operations or a similar role.
- Strong background in inventory management and operational workflow.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
- Experience in a leadership role within hotel operations.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
