**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide legal advice and representation related to land transactions.
- Draft, review, and negotiate land-related documents, including contracts, deeds, and agreements.
- Conduct thorough due diligence on land titles and ownership rights.
- Assist clients in understanding land use regulations and compliance requirements.
- Represent clients in negotiations with governmental bodies and other parties involved in land dealings.
- Stay updated on changes in land law and regulations that may impact clients.
- Educate clients on best practices for land documentation and management.
- Collaborate with other legal and real estate professionals to ensure comprehensive support for clients.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in real estate or land law.
- LLB or LLM
- Strong understanding of land documentation processes and legal requirements.
- Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with zoning and land use regulations.
- Familiarity with environmental law as it pertains to land dealings.
- Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
