- (Land Matter)**

**Roles & Responsibilities: -**

1. Need to Handle all legal aspects of Real Estate sector especially Land Matter.

2. Drafting and Vetting of documents including but not limited to MOU, Conveyance Deed, Development Agreement, Permanent Alternate Accommodation Agreement, Sale Deed, Lease Deed, Leave License Agreement, Consent Letter, Notice etc.

3. To help in litigation matters by providing relevant paper documents etc. required by the Advocate/ Solicitor.

4. Should be familiar with Maha RERA. Preparing all the RERA documents for registration of the new projects and quarterly updating RERA registered Projects.

5. To coordinate with Advocate/ Solicitor for Arbitration matters, Suits, etc.

6. To maintain and review legal documents. (Related to every accept & registration process)

7. Handle Non-Litigation Litigation Matters. To appear in court if required.

9. Responsibility of ensuring that land dispositions are transacted in accordance with the law and to ensure that the rights being transacted are properly transferred to the beneficiary

10. Land Acquisition preferably in Real Estate industry.

11.Guideline will be provided by Senior Counsellor.

12. Good in English, Hindi Marathi.

1) LLB /LLM

2) Minimum 4 to 5 years’ experience in Real estate/Construction Industry Matters

3) Need Immediate Joining.

Preferable: Having knowledge in Real Estate sector.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

- Morning shift
