Job Description - In House Advocate (Title & Revenue)

1. Title Search and Due Diligence

a. All Properties of Teerth Group

i. To take search of each property of Teerth group and ensure

that title & search report is updated.

ii. To coordinate and get our clear title.

b. New land Purchase

i. To check all documents received from third person who is

intending to sale their property and prepare list of further

requirement of documents (if any)

ii. To Coordinate with seller or our inhouse team member for

balance documents.

iii. To get proper valuation of property.

iv. To prepare and publish public notice.

v. To take online and offline search for title and court case

related.

vi. To prepare due diligence report.

vii. To prepare draft of MOU; agreement to sale; Sale deed;
Development agreement and power of attorney; indemnity;
deceleration as per requirement

viii. To ensure that document is properly executed and

registered.

ix. To provide all documents to proper department like

agreement to account team; chain agreement and other

documents to planning / engineering team so they can

start their work

2. Drafting

Revenue department.

b. To coordinate with sales and account department as per their

requirement of any draft.

3. Other work

a. To coordinate with team member in achieving the overall objective

of legal department and firm.

b. To attend revenue court as per requirement of team member for

getting positive order.

c. To ensure all RERA compliance of group is complected and

nothing is pending.

d. Weekly
- i. To check online new mutation entries to know whether

there is any mutation entry related to our property.

ii. To check online demarcation notice to know demarcation

notice of adjacent land.

e. Monthly
- i. To check all 7/12 of Group and ensure that there no any

new entry on our 7/12.

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus

**Experience**:

- total work: 10 years (preferred)
- (Title & Revenue): 7 years (preferred)
- In House Advocate - Litigation: 7 years (preferred)
