The candidate should be well-versed in various areas of law, with a proven track record of handling legal matters with precision and professionalism.Key Responsibilities :Drafting and reviewing various legal documents, including but not limited to agreements, contracts, conveyance deeds, and notices.Providing detailed replies to legal notices and assisting with legal correspondence.Conducting thorough title searches and verifying legal titles for property transactions.Representing the organization in legal matters, including negotiations and settlements.Offering legal advice and guidance to internal teams on different legal matters.Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.Managing legal documentation, ensuring accuracy and timely submission of required documents.Requirements :Minimum 7 years of experience in legal practice, with a focus on drafting, agreements, conveyance deeds, notice replies, and title search.Strong knowledge of property law and conveyancing procedures.Excellent drafting and legal research skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently under deadlines.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.LLB degree from a recognized institution.Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.Proven ability to handle complex legal matters independently.Preferred Skills :Experience in corporate law or real estate law.Familiarity with digital legal tools and software.
