Highyield Fortune Pvt Ltd is a fast-growing real estate and investment company, focusing on premium developments and fractional ownership opportunities. We are looking for a skilled and experienced Advocate to handle our legal, regulatory, and compliance matters.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Drafting, reviewing, and finalizing contracts, agreements, MoUs, and property-related documents.
- Providing legal advice on **real estate, corporate, and investment matters**.
- Managing compliance with RERA, company law, taxation laws, and other statutory regulations.
- Coordinating with external legal advisors, regulatory bodies, and government authorities.
- Representing the company in legal proceedings and dispute resolution, when required.
- Ensuring all transactions and documentation are legally sound and risk-free.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB); LLM preferred.
- Enrolled with the Bar Council of India.
- 4-8 years of professional experience, preferably in **real estate, corporate law, and property transactions**.
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple assignments.
