Key Responsibilities: - Drafting and reviewing various legal documents, including but not limited to agreements, contracts, conveyance deeds, and notices. - Providing detailed replies to legal notices and assisting with legal correspondence. - Conducting thorough title searches and verifying legal titles for property transactions. - Representing the organization in legal matters, including negotiations and settlements. - Offering legal advice and guidance to internal teams on different legal matters. - Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. - Managing legal documentation, ensuring accuracy and timely submission of required documents. Requirements: - Minimum 7 years of experience in legal practice, with a focus on drafting, agreements, conveyance deeds, notice replies, and title search. - Strong knowledge of property law and conveyancing procedures. - Excellent drafting and legal research skills. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently under deadlines. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - LLB degree from a recognized institution. - Strong attention to detail and analytical skills. - Proven ability to handle complex legal matters independently. Preferred Skills: - Experience in corporate law or real estate law. - Familiarity with digital legal tools and software.
