**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Warmly greet guests as they arrive at the restaurant and provide an exceptional first impression.
- Manage the seating process efficiently, taking into account table availability, server rotations, and guest preferences.
- Escort guests to their tables and present menus, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued.
- Assist guests with any special requests or accommodations, such as seating preferences or dietary restrictions.
- Maintain an organized waiting list during peak dining hours and provide accurate wait time estimates to guests.
- Communicate effectively with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth flow of service.
- Answer phone calls and assist callers with inquiries, reservations, and take-out orders.
- Manage reservations through the restaurant's reservation system, confirming bookings and updating availability as needed.
- Monitor the dining room for cleanliness, ambiance, and adherence to company standards.
- Resolve guest concerns or complaints promptly and escalate issues to management when necessary.
- Thank guests for dining with us and invite them to return as they leave the restaurant.
- Assist with other duties as assigned by management, including light administrative tasks.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to interact positively with a diverse range of guests.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with reservation systems and point-of-sale software.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- A genuine passion for providing outstanding service and creating memorable experiences for guests.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
