Sales Officer

**Responsibilities**:
- **Sales Target Achievement**: Meeting or exceeding sales targets set by the company.
- **Prospecting and Lead Generation**: Identifying and generating new business opportunities through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients to foster long-term partnerships.
- **Product Knowledge**: Understanding the features and benefits of the products or services being sold and effectively communicating them to customers.
- **Sales Presentations**: Delivering persuasive presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value proposition of the products or services.
- **Negotiation**: Negotiating terms of sale, pricing, and contracts to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
- **Market Research**: Conducting market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform sales strategies.
- **Sales Reporting**: Providing regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts to management.
- **Customer Service**: Addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- **Team Collaboration**: Collaborating with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and customer service to optimize sales efforts and customer experience.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. (In some cases, equivalent experience may be accepted.)
- **Experience**: Previous experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry or with related products/services.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with customers and present information persuasively.
- **Negotiation Skills**: Strong negotiation skills to close deals and secure favorable terms.
- **Customer Focus**: A customer-centric mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service and building lasting relationships.
- **Results-Driven**: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- **Team Player**: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.
- **Adaptability**: Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions, customer needs, and company priorities.
- **Tech Savvy**: Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant sales tools.
- **Drive and Initiative**: Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales and a willingness to take initiative.
