Real Estate Sales Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team and drive our sales strategies to new heights.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Implement given strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and expand our customer base.
- Be a team player and take initiatives to ensure high performance and meet sales objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and other stakeholders in the real estate market.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns that drive sales.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms for the company.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 7 years of proven experience in sales management within the real estate industry.
- Strong understanding of the real estate market, including current trends and best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving team performance.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
