**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
- Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
- Attending enquiries and submitting the offers with design concept layout to
customers
- Adding new customers for order booking and sales targets
- Visiting to customer places for technical discussions relevant
- Attend new enquires and design approvals and price negotiations
- Responsible for monthly and yearly order booking
- Responsible for sales targets for monthly and yearly
- Responsible for weekly and monthly meetings about sales reviews
- Project reviews on weekly and monthly basis about project status with
design, and assembly team
- Responsible for dispatch planning and updates to customers for the same
- Interact with customers on technical issues related to the inputs
- Coordination with sales, materials, production team for on time delivery
- Responsible for customer complaints and analysis
- Responsible on management review meeting, monthly and weekly meeting
- Maintaining the customer feedback reports and analysis

**Requirements and Skills**
- Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales
- executive or a relevant role
- Proven sales track record
- Experience in customer support is a plus
- Proficiency in English
- Market knowledge
- Communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build rapport
- Time management and planning skills
- Any business administration, sales or relevant field preferred
