Role Responsibilities:
1. Investor Relations Collaterals: Design & develop investor decks, documents, annual reports, and other
collateral to support fundraising, IPO events, and earnings releases.
2. Program & Event Management: Plan and execute all IR related events (especially quarterly/ annual
earnings upon PhonePe’s public listing).
3. IR Website Maintenance: Ensure timely updates on PhonePe’s Investor Relations website, including
facts, figures, and press releases.
4. Administrative Oversight: Manage IR subscriptions, maintain the IR calendar, and handle the distribution
of IR collaterals.
5. Market Research & Intelligence: Conduct industry market research, track relevant business strategy
insights, and maintain a competition model with key operational and financial metrics.
6. Competitive Analysis: Monitor industry developments, compile peer analysis, and provide updates to
the team to maintain PhonePe’s competitive edge.

Skills & Qualifications:
1. Presentation & Visual Design: Experience in creating professional, visually compelling presentations and
other forms of collaterals like documents, website pages, videos etc.
2. Software Proficiency: Hands-on expertise with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
3. Storytelling with Data: Talent for conceptualizing and visualizing data into impactful infographics and
presentations.
4. Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Strong written and verbal skills, with an aptitude for stakeholder
engagement.
5. Market Research & Data Analysis: Ability to conduct thorough market research and interpret data
trends.
6. Collaborative Approach: Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and with
diverse teams.
