**Investor Relations Associate**

**Role Overview**:
Genesis Capital’s strategic fundraising team is seeking a driven and detail-oriented **Investor Relations Associate** to support all investor-facing communication and documentation. This role will act as a bridge between the investment team and potential investors, managing presentations, outreach, and reports with precision and professionalism.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Investor Communication & Engagement**:

- Draft and manage **investor updates**, campaign follow-ups, newsletters, and deal progress communications.
- Assist in maintaining the **data room**, documentation pipeline, and investor record-keeping.
- **Investment Documentation & Presentation**:

- Prepare, update, and refine key investment materials such as:

- **Pitch decks**:

- **Financial projections**:

- **One-pagers**:

- **Business proposals**:

- **Investor reports and deal summaries**:

- Collaborate with the financial and design teams to ensure that all documents are aligned, professional, and investor-ready.

**Required Skills**:

- Strong proficiency in **PowerPoint, MS Excel / Google Sheets**, and business writing
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
- Ability to **synthesize business and financial data** into clear, concise presentations
- Prior experience or familiarity with **pitch deck development, investment memos, and reporting standards**:

- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- Bonus: Knowledge of fundraising workflows, cap tables, or investor CRM tools

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
