Job Title: Investor Relations Manager - FMCG/FMCD

We are seeking an experienced Investor Relations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive investor relations strategies aligned with the company's overall objectives.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • ">
  • Developing and implementing investor relations strategies to enhance the company's reputation and increase investor confidence.">
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for investors, analysts, and other stakeholders.">
  • Communicating the company's long-term strategy and operational updates to analysts/investors/stakeholders in the most effective manner.">
  • Building a financial model and maintaining it on a regular basis.">
  • Building strong relationships with existing and prospective investors and other stakeholders through regular communication and by addressing their queries comprehensively and in a timely manner.">
  • Preparing presentations, assisting in the writing of press releases, and other communication materials for Board Meetings, Earnings Releases, industry events, and presentations to analysts, brokers, and investors.">
  • Building and deepening relationships with sell-side analysts covering the sector and working towards initiating coverage on Ather Energy.">
  • Building a summary of analyst forecasts pre- and post-earnings for Ather and tracking the same on a quarterly basis.">
  • Maintaining the Investor section of the Company website and ensuring SEBI Listing Regulations compliances as applicable.">
  • Organizing and participating in Investor conferences, road shows, in-office meetings, and other investor engagements.">
  • Analyzing stock price movements and stock ownership for the sector on a periodic basis.">
  • Collaborating closely with internal teams, including finance, legal, marketing, operations, and communications, to ensure consistency and accuracy in messaging and disclosures.">
  • Collecting and collating operational metrics as needed, working with other teams such as ESG, Strategy, Sales, and Marketing etc., to facilitate external engagement and reporting.">
  • Leading Annual Report preparation and other publications for the company.">
  • Monitoring and analyzing market trends, competitor activities, key developments in the industry, and regulatory developments to provide insights and recommendations to senior management.">
  • Benchmarking presentations, annual reports, and other disclosures by peer companies, to provide insights to senior management.">

Requirements:

  • Equity raise experiences either in a private company or a listed company.">
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with proficiency in both spoken & written English language.">
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.">
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards relevant to Investor Relations and public listed companies in India.">
  • Proficiency in MS Office, GSuite.">
