**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise daily operations of the production team to ensure efficiency and quality standards.
- Coordinate and oversee signage projects from inception to completion.
- Train, mentor, and support team members to improve skills and productivity.
- Maintain inventory levels and order materials as needed.
- Optimize resource utilization to minimize waste and costs.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Inspect and approve finished products before delivery.
- Resolve any production issues in a timely manner.
- Conduct site surveys and assess project requirements.
- Communicate effectively with management, team members, and clients.
- Implement and improve production processes for better efficiency and quality.
- Manage and lead a team of production workers and installers.
- Assign tasks and monitor progress.
- Ensure all project documentation is complete and organized.
- Communicate with clients to understand their requirements and provide updates.
- Handle client feedback and complaints effectively.
- Maintain strong relationships to secure repeat business.

**Skills**:

- Strong leadership and team management and problem solving skills.
- Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
- Proficient in signage production techniques and materials.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Knowledge of relevant software (e.g., CAD, signage design tools).

- Physical ability to perform site surveys and oversee installations.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in a supervisory role, preferably within the signage or a related industry.
- Strong understanding of signage production processes and materials.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
