**Position Overview**:
The Production Supervisor plays a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating the day-to-day operations of the production floor. This position involves managing a team of production workers and ensuring that manufacturing processes run efficiently, safely, and according to quality standards. The Production Supervisor reports to the Production Manager and collaborates with other departments to ensure seamless production operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Team Leadership:

- Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of production workers, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, cooperation, and employee development
- Ensure proper training for new hires and ongoing training for existing staff to enhance their skills and knowledge

Production Oversight:

- Plan and organize production schedules to meet customer demand while optimizing resources and minimizing downtime
- Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality control standards
- Address and resolve production-related issues promptly, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions

Equipment and Maintenance:

- Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure that production equipment is well-maintained and in good working condition
- Schedule and oversee routine maintenance tasks to minimize equipment breakdowns and maximize efficiency

Process Improvement:

- Continuously identify opportunities to optimize production processes and increase productivity
- Implement process improvements and efficiency initiatives to reduce waste and production costs

Inventory Management:

- Monitor raw material and finished goods inventory levels, ensuring that adequate stock is available to meet production demands
- Coordinate with the materials management team to avoid shortages and excess inventory

Reporting and Documentation:

- Maintain accurate production records, including output, downtime, and quality metrics
- Prepare regular reports on production performance, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) and areas for improvement

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- Previous experience in production or manufacturing, with at least 2-5 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on process optimization and continuous improvement.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
- Proficient in using computer software and systems related to production management.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

- Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
