Workforce Analytics Associate

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented executive who will be responsible for the swift execution of the company’s work processes under the direction of the process manager. The primary responsibilities of this position are as follows:
- Daily Execution of Work Process: You will be responsible to download the audio and text data from different client locations.
- Preparing the details of audio/text data received and allocating it to employees and vendors through cloud platforms for its due processing at different levels.
- Taking back the processed data from various employees and vendors through the cloud network within the turnaround time provided.
- Storing and indexing the processed data client-wise and sending the processed data in text form to clients after approval from the process managers.
- Preparing the report of each execution activity for record purposes.
**Requirements**:
- Experience in Microsoft Office, primarily Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey information clearly and interact with team members working remotely.
- Cloud Platform Experience such as Dropbox, One Drive, G Drive, AWS.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: ₹175,978.34 - ₹600,000.00 per year
