**Job Overview**:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our growing team in Punjab. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for establishing and managing distributor relationships for our high-quality engine oil products. You will be the primary point of contact between our company and potential distributors, and your performance will directly impact your earning potential, as this role is commission-driven.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and approach potential distributors in the region (Punjab).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and key stakeholders.
- Promote and sell our engine oil products to distributors.
- Negotiate terms and pricing agreements with distributors.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company’s market presence.
- Ensure timely delivery and follow up on orders.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Regularly report sales activities, market feedback, and performance to management.
- Provide product knowledge and support to distributors to ensure customer satisfaction.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive or lubricants industry.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
- Ability to establish relationships with new distributors and maintain long-term partnerships.
- Knowledge of the local market dynamics in Punjab and surrounding areas.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel across the region.
**Compensation**:
- Commission-based compensation model with the potential for high earnings based on performance.
