**Job Title**: Sales Executive - Electrical Field

**Location**: Chennai, Tiruvanmalli, Vellore,

**Reports To**: Sales Manager or Regional Sales Head

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the electrical and energy sector.
- Promote and sell electrical products, components, or solutions (e.g., switchgear, cables, transformers, energy-saving devices).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, electrical engineers, distributors, and end-users.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, trends, and competition.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms of sales agreements.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Provide after-sales support and resolve any client issues or concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and sales using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure product compatibility and support project execution.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree, Business, or related field.
- 1+ years of sales experience in the electrical or industrial sector preferred.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, components, and technical specifications.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
