**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sourcing and Supplier Management**: Identify and collaborate with suppliers to source materials and accessories required for garment production. Manage supplier relationships and negotiate terms.
- **Production Planning**:Work closely with the production team to create production schedules and ensure efficient production processes.
- **Quality Control**: Monitor and maintain strict quality standards throughout the production process, conducting quality checks and inspections.
- **Cost Control**: Manage production costs and budgets, striving for cost-effectiveness without compromising quality.
- **Inventory Management**: Oversee inventory levels, ensuring that materials are available when needed and excess inventory is minimized.
- **Timely Delivery**: Coordinate with logistics and shipping teams to ensure on-time delivery of finished garments to customers.
- **Client Communication**: Serve as a point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, providing updates, and ensuring their needs are met.
- **Market Research**: Stay informed about industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor offerings to inform product development and merchandising strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in any field
- 1-4 years of experience in fashion retail / brand management sector is preferred.
- Proven experience as a Garment Merchandiser or in a related role in the apparel industry.
- Strong knowledge of garment manufacturing processes and materials.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Effective communication and negotiation abilities.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining quality standards.
- Proficiency in MS Office and inventory management.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
