We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Merchandiser to join our dynamic team and assist the senior fashion designer and merchandiser in the day-to-day operations of our production unit.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in sourcing materials and fabrics for new collections, ensuring the highest quality standards.
- Create and maintain detailed tech packs for various designs, including specifications and construction details.
- Collaborate with the design team to develop pricing strategies for garments, balancing quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Support daily operations, including inventory management, customer order processing, and vendor communication.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitor offerings to inform sourcing and pricing decisions.
- Assist in organizing production schedules and timelines to meet project deadlines.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Design, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in merchandising or a related role is an advantage but not mandatory. (2 years minimum)
- Strong understanding of têxtiles, garment construction, and fashion trends.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
