Sample responsibilities for this position include:

- You will be part of a dynamic team building systems that are critical to the business
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and form a forward looking strategic roadmap
- Manage the development team such that the skills and experience of the team is aligned with business priorities
- Oversee the architecture and delivery of systems, including keeping abreast of industry advancements and performing evaluations of vendor solutions.
- Drive definition and consistent adoption of best practices development standards across the domain
- Build monitoring and engagement services to allow security engineers to act on the collected compliance data and take remediation actions
- Operate in an Agile development environment, including participating in daily scrums
- Support the team's engineering excellence by performing code reviews and mentoring junior team members
- Design, develop, and support solutions for the Compliance are to cover each of the following

**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹46,678.57 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Code Checking: 1 year (preferred)
- WCF And WPF: 1 year (preferred)
- Compliance Programmer: 1 year (preferred)
