**Job Summary**:
As a **PLC Programmer**, you will be responsible for designing, programming, and troubleshooting control systems to ensure **efficient, compliant, and safe operations**. This role requires deep expertise in **Allen Bradley PLC systems, SCADA, HMI, and automation systems**, along with a strong understanding of **pharmaceutical manufacturing processes**.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **PLC Programming**: Design, implement, and troubleshoot Allen Bradley PLC programs for control systems in **Biopharma, Vaccine, and Sterile Formulation** manufacturing environments.
- **Automation Systems**: Support and optimize **SCADA, HMI, and other control interfaces** to ensure seamless integration and performance.
- **System Troubleshooting**: Diagnose and resolve issues with automation equipment, sensors, actuators, and control systems to **minimize downtime** and **improve efficiency**.
- **Process Optimization**: Work closely with production teams to implement automation solutions that enhance manufacturing **productivity and regulatory compliance**.
- **Documentation**: Develop and maintain detailed documentation for all control systems, including **program code, process flows, and system specifications**.
- **Compliance**: Ensure all programming, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities comply with **GxP, FDA, ISO, and other industry-specific regulations**.
- **Project Support**: Assist in **new equipment installations, system upgrades, and automation-related projects** as required.
- **Training & Support**: Provide training and technical support to **operations and maintenance teams** on PLC programming and automation systems.

**Qualifications**:
**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in **Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Automation**, or a related field.

**Experience**:

- Minimum of **3 years of hands-on experience** in PLC programming, specifically with **Allen Bradley PLCs (ControlLogix, CompactLogix, or similar)** in **Biopharma, Vaccine, or Sterile Formulation Manufacturing** industries.

**Technical Skills**:

- Expertise in **Allen Bradley PLC programming** (RSLogix/Studio 5000).
- Familiarity with **HMI/SCADA systems** (FactoryTalk, Wonderware, etc.).
- Experience with **industrial communication protocols** (Ethernet/IP, Modbus, etc.).
- Knowledge of **GMP, FDA, and GxP** compliance for pharmaceutical manufacturing.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in **Sterile Manufacturing, Vaccines, or Biopharmaceutical Manufacturing** environments.
- Certification in **Allen Bradley PLC programming** or related courses.
- Familiarity with **DCS (Distributed Control Systems)** and **MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems)**.
- Knowledge of **process control** in **aseptic or sterile environments**.
