- Years of experience in supporting Talent Acquisition organization at an Administrator or Coordinator capacity

Hybrid/ Remote 9am-6pm Coordinator, Talent Acquisition (Recruiting Coordinator)

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator within Western Union will be responsible for coordinating recruiting activities while providing significant administrative support to our Technology Engineering location in Pune, India.

Skills, attributes, and qualifications:

- Diploma, degree, or relevant work experience within a fast-paced, and highly matrixed environment.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
- Excellent spoken and written English abilities.
- Outstanding Communication Skills, as well as time management, problem-solving, and multitasking proficiency.
- Strong inclination to performing administrative-heavy activities and adaptable to ever-changing demands and business requirements.

**Salary**: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
