**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote IT products and services.
- Understand client requirements and offer appropriate IT solutions (hardware, software, services, or cloud solutions).
- Maintain and update CRM systems with client information and sales progress.
- Schedule meetings or demos for senior sales staff or account managers, if required.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Handle objections, negotiate terms, and close sales.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings.
- Provide feedback to management on customer needs and preferences.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in telesales, inside sales, or a similar role, preferably in the IT industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of IT products and services (e.g., SaaS, cloud computing, cybersecurity, networking).
- Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 per year

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
