Profile : Client Coordinator/CRM Executive
Location : Mayapuri, New Delhi
Salary : Up to 25,000 (Based On Interview)
Experience : 2 to 3 Years
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Knowledge in computer technology, google Sheet, CRM.
- Do payment follow up
- Generate more prospective leads from existing customers.
- Attending queries, Providing Customer Support
- Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers.
- Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
- Keeping customers updated on the latest products in order to increase sales.
- Understanding key customer individual needs and addressing these.
- Conducting business reviews using CRM programs.
- Collaborating with other departments ensure the CRM strategy works well for every aspect of the business.
- Do payment follow up
Job Type : Full Time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Morning shift
Supplemental pay types:
- Yearly bonus
**Experience**:
