Prakritiaan Millet Pvt. Ltd. is looking for dynamic **Sales Executives** for **on-ground sales** to expand our millet-based product reach. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy **fieldwork, direct customer interaction, and sales-driven earnings**.
**Job Title**: Commission-Based Sales Executive
**Location**: Field-Based (Flexible, Remote Work Possible)
**Compensation**: 100% Commission-Based (High Earning Potential)
**Role Overview**
The **Sales Executive** will be responsible for **on-ground sales**, directly reaching out to **retailers, wholesalers, restaurants, gyms, organic stores, and bulk buyers**. You will actively **engage with potential customers, promote millet-based products, and close sales deals**.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Field Visits & Sales Pitch** - Regularly visit potential customers, present product benefits, and convert leads into sales.
**Retail & B2B Outreach** - Target grocery stores, supermarkets, organic food retailers, and restaurant chains for bulk sales.
**Product Demonstration & Promotion** - Conduct live product demos, distribute samples, and educate customers on the **health benefits of millet products**.
**Relationship Building** - Maintain strong ties with retailers, distributors, and buyers to ensure repeat business.
**Market Research & Competitor Analysis** - Gather insights from the field to improve sales strategy and product positioning.
**Achieve Sales Targets** - Work towards maximizing earnings through commission-based incentives.
**Who Can Apply?**
**Experienced & Freshers Welcome** - Prior **field sales experience in FMCG, agriculture, or health food** is a plus.
**Strong Communication & Negotiation Skills** - Ability to persuade and build long-term customer relationships.
