**Job Type**: Full-time (9-hour shifts)

**Role Overview**: Dosti Cedar Co-op Housing Society is seeking a responsible and experienced **Security Supervisor** to oversee and manage the security operations within the society. This role is critical in ensuring the safety and security of residents, visitors, and property, while maintaining high standards of vigilance and incident response.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **General Duties**:

- Supervise and manage the security team.
- Ensure the safety and security of residents, visitors, and society premises.
- Collaborate with other departments such as maintenance and administration.
- **Patrolling & Surveillance**:

- Conduct regular patrols of common areas like lobbies, corridors, parking lots, and podiums.
- Monitor CCTV cameras and promptly respond to any suspicious activities.
- Verify visitor and delivery personnel identities.
- **Access Control**:

- Manage access control at all entry and exit points.
- Issue visitor passes and maintain visitor logs.
- Monitor vehicle entry and exit.
- **Emergency Response**:

- Handle emergencies including fire, medical incidents, or natural disasters.
- Coordinate with emergency services such as fire departments and ambulances when necessary.
- **Incident Reporting**:

- Document incidents, accidents, and security breaches.
- Prepare and submit incident reports to management.
- **Training & Supervision**:

- Train new security personnel and conduct regular training sessions and drills.
- Ensure all security guards follow the established standard operating procedures.
- **Checklists & Inspections**:

- Daily: Resolve NBH security tickets, inspect fire safety equipment, verify guard presence, and check perimeter fencing.
- Weekly: Test emergency lighting, review incident reports, and inspect security equipment.
- Monthly: Conduct thorough inspections, review protocols, and evaluate guard performance.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in security management or supervision.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage emergencies calmly and effectively.
- Knowledge of access control systems, CCTV, and safety protocols.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Night shift

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (required)

**Experience**:

- CCTV: 1 year (required)
- Conflict management: 1 year (required)
- Supervising experience: 1 year (required)
