What you have proven experience in
- Design, implement and maintain large scale production databases
- Exposure to monitoring and finetuning servers, databases and queries for performance and scalability
- Experience in data archival, backup, and DR planning and implementation
- Exposure to managing both standalone servers as well as Cloud hosted database services
- Excellent troubleshooting skills to resolve database access, security and performance issues
- Developing and maintaining database standards and high-quality documentation
- Working in an Agile environment and interacting with stakeholders, clients, and executives

What you ideally also have experience in
- Exposure to NoSQL database technologies
- Using Business Intelligence and/or Data Visualization platforms
- Exposure to Investment management domain or investing your own money in stocks or mutual funds
- JIRA
