**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Sales & Business Development**:
✔Identify and acquire new clients for private label and third-party manufacturing services.
✔Develop and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients, distributors, and retailers.
✔Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.

**2. Marketing & Brand Promotion**:
✔Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote skincare, cosmetics, and oral care products.
✔Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences.
✔Work with the design and digital marketing team to create engaging campaigns, brochures, and online content.
✔Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry networking events to expand brand reach.

**3. Client Engagement & Support**:
✔Provide technical knowledge on formulations, ingredients, and product benefits to clients.
✔Address customer inquiries and resolve concerns efficiently.
✔Collaborate with the R&D and production team to ensure smooth execution of client orders.

**Required Qualifications & Skills**:
✔**Education**: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Cosmetic Science, Pharmacy, or a related field.
✔**Experience**: Minimum 2-5 years in sales and marketing, preferably in skincare, cosmetics, or oral care industries.
✔Understanding of B2B sales, private label manufacturing, and contract manufacturing.
✔Familiarity with cosmetic formulations, active ingredients, and regulatory compliance.
✔Strong lead generation, client acquisition, and negotiation skills.
✔Experience in digital marketing, brand promotions, and product positioning.
✔Ability to develop effective marketing campaigns and sales strategies.
✔Communication & Presentation: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
✔Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of CRM software, MS Office, and digital marketing tools.
✔Willingness to Travel: Ready to travel for client meetings, trade shows, and business development activities.
