**Position Overview**:
A Sales Representative is a frontline position responsible for actively engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and promoting products or services to achieve sales targets. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Prospecting**:

- Research and qualify leads to determine their potential as customers.
- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- **Product Knowledge**:

- Stay informed about the features, benefits, and specifications of the products or services being offered.
- Clearly articulate product/service offerings to potential customers.
- **Sales Presentations**:

- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value proposition to clients.
- Address client questions and concerns effectively.
- **Negotiation and Closing**:

- Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
- Close sales deals and achieve or exceed sales targets.
- **Sales Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, including customer interactions, deals closed, and progress against targets.
- Provide regular sales reports to management.
- **Market Intelligence**:

- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
- Use market intelligence to adjust sales strategies and tactics.
- **Customer Feedback**:

- Gather and relay customer feedback to improve products, services, and overall customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales-related tools.

**Salary**: ₹8,388.80 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Day range:

- Monday to Friday

Shift:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

Travel requirement:

- Up to 100% travel

**Experience**:
