Leasing Executive

**Act as a facilitator for all leasing related activities from inception/Prospecting to close i.e site visits, negotiations, documentation, coordination, and administration for the various aspects of the leasing process.**:
- **Connect with brands, coordinate with brands, and accommodate them at our site, arrange the site visit of the brands, update the leasing tracker on a weekly basis.**:
- **Manages day-to-day operations of leasing and ensure maximum optimization of resources.**:
- **Lease vacant space according to leasing plan / schedule in accordance with the relevant time frames set out therein and according to defined retailer mix and target.**:
- **Manages all leasing activities including attracting new tenants, vetting prospective clients, rental negotiations, and the development of attractive leasing packages. Continually monitor tenant mix to ensure commercially profitable to the mall.**:
- **Assess their due diligence, invite them to a presentation of videos, drawing, models etc. to generate interest in the mall, work towards sales closure to meet revenue targets and ensures proper maintenance of tenants waiting list.**
**Skills Requirement**
**1.Strong interpersonal skills with written & Verbal Communication**
**2. Hands-on Experience on Excel/ LOI Drafting/ Agreement Drafting.**
**Qualification - Graduation/PGDM / MBA (In Marketing)**
Pay: ₹371,013.54 - ₹554,591.20 per year
