
Sales Executive

**Roles and Responsibilities**:
Key responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Expand customer base as per the company's strategy to increase overall sales on a regular basis
- Offer products competitively from UK & European suppliers to customers in different regions and create alternative sales opportunities throughout the world, with consideration to cost, demand, and continuity of trade.
- Develop and maintain excellent rapport with customers through regular contact
- Maintain the integrity of customer information (including their requirements & prices) within the Companies database systems
- Monitor purchase orders to ensure these are modified as required to meet changes (e.g. in specifications and goods are delivered at the correct time and at the competitive prices)
- Manage and maintain up-to-date customers lists, product lists, and pricing arrangements to ensure the best commercial terms
- Liaise with the internal departments on a regular basis to ensure stock turn is maintained
- Work cooperatively and effectively with the Regulatory Affairs department
- Follow Just in Time, to optimize every potential sales opportunity and follow up to ensure that the opportunities are converted into deals
- Monitor the procurement operations of customers and products to ensure customer requirements are met based on market trends, demand, quality, quantity, costs & margins
- Conduct research on new markets, trade regulations & export opportunities (products, shortages, and usage)
- Develop and support growth in the Company's export business, including setting up a strong product portfolio & supply chain
**Skills & Competencies**:
- Must have experience in pharmaceutical sales for export to the Middle East-North Africa region, south American region & far east region
- Experience of working with Indian Pharmaceutical export company is highly desirable
- **Fluency in English** is a must and knowledge of the additional language is highly desirable
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Commercial awareness
- IT skills (MS Office, CRM, VoIP, Problem Solving Skills)
- **Advanced excel skill mandatory.**:
- Highly accurate with meticulous attention to detail.
- Highly numerate and analytical in a commercially oriented manner
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (including presentation skills)
- Confident decision-maker and proven ability to work under pressure
- Focused, with a positive attitude and a commitment to excellence
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
