
Executive Assistant

**Responsibilities**:
- **Calendar Management**: Handling the Managers’ schedules, coordinating meetings, appointments, and events. They are to ensure that the managers’ time is optimized and that commitments align with priorities.
- **Meeting Coordination**: Arrange and coordinate meetings, including sending invitations, reserving meeting spaces, preparing agendas, distributing relevant materials taking minutes and following up on action items.
- **Travel Arrangements**: Plan and coordinate travel arrangements for the managers, including booking flights, accommodations, transportation, and creating detailed itineraries.
- **Document Preparation**: Draft, proofread, and edit various documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence. They are to ensure that materials are well-prepared and aligned with the managers’ style and preferences.
- **Miscellaneous Support**: Plan, organize and manage events as needed including corporate entertainment and conferences. Acting as an office manager by keeping up with office supply inventory and overseeing the performance of other clerical staff.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven work experience supporting senior business figures.
- 2 years+ experience in business administration is essential.
- Proven ability to communicate with a wide range of people while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
- Confident use of Microsoft office suite including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to prioritize daily work load and multitask.
- Act with discretion and confidentiality when dealing with personal matters.
- PA diploma or certification required.
- Comfortable with VOIP services and a 24/7 work timings
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
**Work timings**:
- Full time, M-F
- Overtime required occasionally
**Compensation**:
- Starting monthly salary of 30 to 32k
- Opportunity to earn an annual bonus
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
