**About the Role**:
Are you passionate about creating real impact at the grassroots level? Lighthouse Communities Foundation is looking for a dynamic and empathetic **Outreach Coordinator** to join our team in Hyderabad. This role focuses on mobilizing youth from under-resourced communities and guiding them toward skilling, growth, and employment opportunities.

As an Outreach Coordinator, you'll be the bridge between the community and our transformative Lighthouse program — helping young people enroll, stay engaged, and build better futures.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Mobilize youth from urban slum communities and build strong, trust-based relationships.
- Act as a role model while explaining program benefits to both youth and their families.
- Ensure maximum and eligible enrollment at the Lighthouse centre in alignment with program objectives.
- Maintain one-on-one connections with students and encourage program completion.
- Conduct home visits as required to build trust and increase participation.
- Use GIS/Google Maps to assist in household and community mapping.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, including local government and internal Lighthouse teams.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and positive environment within the Lighthouse Centre.
- Collaborate with other team members to support broader program initiatives.

**Preferred Qualifications & Skills**:

- MSW or a Postgraduate degree in any discipline.
- 2-4 years of experience, preferably in youth mobilization or skilling initiatives.
- Proficiency in MS Office; GIS mapping skills are a plus.
- Strong communication skills in **English, Hindi, and Telugu**.
- Deep empathy and a strong commitment to youth empowerment.
- Ability to handle challenges confidently and maintain a solution-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to work directly in communities and on-ground locations.
