Role Description

We are looking for a passionate Student Outreach Associate
to join our team in Hyderabad. In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Conducting outreach activities with students and institutions
  • Organizing and supporting events/workshops
  • Managing communication with students and partners
  • Maintaining outreach records and reports

This is an on-site role requiring active coordination with educational institutions, students, and local communities.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in organizing events and managing communications
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar tools
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Interest in education, counseling, or student engagement is a plus
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in any relevant field

Stipend & Duration

  • Stipend:
    ₹3,000 per month + performance-based incentives
  • Duration: 3 months (with scope to extend or move into a larger role)
