Campus Mobilization Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated Campus Mobilization Specialist to spearhead our campus outreach efforts, build strategic partnerships with vocational institutes and training organizations, and execute large-scale onboarding drives.

This is a field-oriented position that requires strong relationship-building skills, event management expertise, data-driven tracking abilities, and experience in running high-volume mobilization campaigns. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Establishing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including Principals, Training & Placement Officers (TPOs), and other skilling partners across Delhi NCR and target states.
• Planning and executing mobilisation campaigns – campus drives, marshaling camps, job-fairs, bootcamps, e-onboarding sessions, and placement workshops to register and onboard candidates onto our platform.
• Owning end-to-end candidate funnel from outreach → registration → eligibility screening → skill-tagging → digital onboarding → placement handover.
• Coordinating logistics for on-site drives (scheduling, venue coordination, equipment, teams) and managing third-party mobilisers/agencies when required.
• Conducting pre-screening, basic assessments, documentation verification, and ensuring quality of candidate data captured (photo ID, certificates, contact details).
• Working closely with recruitment/delivery teams to ensure smooth handover, follow-up for joining, and to improve offer-to-join conversion.
• Driving candidate engagement: orientation sessions, basic employability workshops (attendance, punctuality, documentation), and communication via calls/SMS/WhatsApp.
• Developing and maintaining an MIS/dashboard to track outreach, registrations, conversions, placement outcomes, and institute-level metrics. Providing weekly/monthly reports to leadership.
• Negotiating and closing Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) or partnership agreements with institutes and training organisations.
• Representing us at local skilling events, government skilling centres, NSDC/State Skill Council meetings, and building referral channels.
• Training and managing field mobilisation teams, setting targets, running incentive schemes, and ensuring SLA adherence.
• Capturing feedback and insights from institutes and candidates to improve platform UX, onboarding flow, and mobilization playbooks.

• 6–8 years of experience in mobilisation, campus placements, institutional partnerships, community engagement, or recruitment – preferably with vocational/skill development organisations, staffing firms, placement cells, or NGOs.
• Strong existing contacts or demonstrable experience working with ITIs, Polytechnics, TPOs, training partners, or NSDC/state skill councils is a major advantage.
• Excellent stakeholder management – able to build trust with Principals, TPOs, training managers, and local authorities.
• Proven track record of planning and executing high-volume onboarding drives and events.
• Strong field orientation – comfortable with frequent travel, overnight stays, and working on-site at institutes and industrial clusters.
• Good command of English and Hindi; knowledge of an additional regional language relevant to target geographies is a plus.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple mobilization projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency with CRM/ATS tools, Google Sheets/Excel, and basic data dashboarding.
• Good presentation and training skills; comfortable running group sessions and short assessment tests.

• Prior experience working with government skilling programmes (NSDC/state skill missions), placement cells, or reputable vocational mobilization projects.
• Experience managing a small team of field mobilisers or coordinators.
• Familiarity with digital onboarding/app-based registration flows and QR / OTP verification processes.
• Experience in negotiating MoUs or partnerships with educational institutions.
