1. **Market Research and Analysis**:

- Conduct thorough research on surplus inventory markets to identify potential sales opportunities.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies.

2. **Prospecting and Lead Generation**:

- Identify and target potential buyers for surplus inventory.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients.

3. **Client Relationship Management**:

- Cultivate strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Understand clients' needs and requirements to tailor surplus inventory solutions accordingly.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.

4. **Surplus Inventory Evaluation**:

- Work closely with internal teams to assess surplus inventory and determine optimal sales strategies.
- Collaborate with inventory management and logistics teams to ensure efficient and timely delivery of products.

5. **Sales Presentations and Negotiations**:

- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential buyers.
- Negotiate terms and conditions to close sales deals that align with both the company's objectives and the client's needs.

6. **Contract Management**:

- Prepare and review contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with legal and finance teams to finalize and execute contracts.

7. **Sales Reporting and Analysis**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and market trends.
- Provide regular reports to management on sales performance and market insights.

8. **Achieving Sales Targets**:

- Set and achieve sales targets and goals in alignment with company objectives.
- Continuously seek opportunities for revenue growth and market expansion.

**Salary**: ₹8,500.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
