The P&G Internship program is offered to promising undergraduates interested in growing as a business leader by stepping into the shoes of a P&Ger for a minimum of 6 months at our Chile office.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

You will join a renowned company improving the lives of billions of consumers. Youll be welcomed within a large team in Sales, which encompasses a range of roles related to sales and management. As an intern or co-op in this job family, you will have the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals and contribute to our sales and management strategies.

• Support and assist in executing strategies within the team or organization.
• Participate in the development and implementation of new ideas, techniques, procedures, services, or products under guidance.
• Collaborate effectively within the immediate team or work domain to maximize job impact and personal learning.
• Accomplish tasks as an individual contributor with close supervision, training, and development by higher band employees.
• Develop basic knowledge and skills necessary for current job requirements.

• Is an active undergraduate student with 6-24 months left to graduate.
• Shows eagerness to learn and grow within a dynamic sales environment.
• Possesses strong collaborative skills to nurture relationships within the team.
• Is a forward thinker who can participate in the development and implementation of new ideas.
• Is able to work under direct supervision and follow established guidelines and practices.
• Is committed to developing basic knowledge and skills necessary for current job requirements.
