Ohm Jobs is looking for a proactive and passionate Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Pune. In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for hospitals and healthcare institutions across India. You will work closely with hiring managers, source top medical talent, and ensure timely closures of open roles.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding
- Engage with job portals, social media platforms, and professional networks to build a strong talent pipeline

**Requirements**:

- 0-2 years of experience in end-end recruitment

Freshers are also Welcome
- Degree in Human Resource
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple mandates simultaneously
- Hands-on experience with platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, Resdex, etc.
- Energetic, target-driven, and eager to contribute to the healthcare ecosystem
