**Job Title**:Talent Acquisition Executive
**Location**:Pune
**Experience**:6months to 2 years
**Job Type**: Full-time
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Posting job openings on various platforms and utilizing social media and professional networks to attract top talent.
- Negotiating job offers and facilitating the on boarding process for new hires.
- Assisting with other HR functions such as employee relations, performance management, and HR projects as and when needed.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 6months to 2 years of experience in recruitment preferably IT recruitment experience in a corporate or agency setting.
- Proven track record of sourcing and hiring top talent for various positions.
- Strong understanding of recruitment techniques, tools, and best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and proficiency in MS Office suite.
