Job Title: Field Sales Executive - LD Team

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and visit potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services.
- Present, promote, and sell products/services to clients using solid sales techniques.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals successfully.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including inside sales, supply chain, and finance, to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
- Provide market insights and customer feedback to improve sales strategies.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, visit logs, and forecasts.

Key Requirements:

- Experience: 2-3 years in field sales, business development, or a similar role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Skills:

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong relationship management and customer service skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Preferred: Experience in the electronics/components/ LED distribution industry is a plus.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
