**Job description**

**Macro Role**:Quality Assurance for Plastic Moulded Parts to all Groups.

**Specific Responsibilities**:

- Strong understanding of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and quality tools (e.g., FMEA, 8D, Six Sigma, 7QC tools, G&D, PPAP, Supplier QA-QC Control).
- Maintain & Assist in the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives, quality control documentation and procedures.
- Conduct inspections of incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Knowledge of material properties relevant to injection Molding processes &material grade.
- Utilize various measuring tools and testing equipment to assess product quality.
- Ability to read, analyse and interpret standards and regulations.
- Document inspection results and prepare reports on quality metrics and non-conformities.
- Product Revalidation testing & report preparation.
- Create and maintain documentation related to quality control plans, quality standards, inspection procedures, and reports.
- Assist in the validation of new injection Molding parts & processes.
- Conduct inspections and audits of moulded parts to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Perform root cause analysis on defects and non-conformances, drive corrective and preventive actions.
- Implement corrective action and preventive action for Line complaint & in process rejection by using QC tools & techniques
- Collaborate with design, engineering, and production teams to resolve quality issues and enhance product Quality.
- Provide training and support for QI, QE & Floor operators with quality standards and best practices to achieve quality objectives.
- Maintain tracking of calibration with central Quality

**Skills Required**:Quality management systems, Root cause analysis, CFT collaboration, Quality documentation and compliance, Training and mentoring, part design review, Excellent communication skills, Knowledge of quality standards and regulations, Technical understanding of injection moulding processes, Quality Decision-making, Supplier quality management, Quality issue identification and resolution, Corrective action implementation ,Continuous improvement, Risk assessment and mitigation, Process improvement, Statistical analysis, Defect analysis, Qc Tools, Poka-yoke, ISO standards knowledge,

**Qualification & Experience**: Any Diploma /Degree. Work exposure to Plastic Injection Moulded Parts. Hands on Proficiency in open office -world, xl, power point & google sheets.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
