- **Job Location - **Wagholi, Pune (work form office only)
- **Notice Period** - Immediate to 30 days

**Job Summary**:
The **Quality Assurance **will be responsible for ensuring that all Aerospace products meet the highest standards of quality, reliability, and performance. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with relevant experience in quality control procedures.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Quality Management**: Implementation and maintenance of the quality management system (QMS) to ensure compliance with aerospace industry standards and regulations.
- **Process Improvement**:Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
- **Compliance**: Ensure all products and processes comply with internal and external quality standards, including legal and customer requirements.
- **Internal & External Audits**: Must be a part of regular internal audits and shall have coordinated with external auditors to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- **Documentation**: Maintain comprehensive documentation of quality control processes, audit results, and corrective actions.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 4 Plus years of experience in quality assurance within the aerospace OR atleast Manufacturing industry.
- **Skills**: Must have Knowledge of Aerospace/Manufacturing Industry Quality Standards (e.g., AS9100), excellent leadership and communication skills, and proficiency in quality management software.

**Preferred Attributes**:

- Proven track record of Quality Assurance Processes in a manufacturing environment.
- Understanding of aerospace manufacturing processes and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
