**2. OVERVIEW OF COMPANY**:
A start-up from Ador Group in the field of 3D Printing (3D Printed Pre-Surgical Models, Anatomical Models, Training Guides & Medical Design Services) with a special interest in healthcare. The company has ambitious & aggressive plans in orthodontic market with its brand of clear aligners,

**3. OVERALL JOB PURPOSE**:
To be an integral part of the 3D Printing production team of 3D Future Technologies in fabricating clear aligners. A startup in the medical field requires a person for running the entire 3D printing in night shift including troubleshooting and inventory and do the hollowing of 3D models. Also collaborate with design, production and manufacturing team.

**4. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**:
**Specific duties include**:

- Responsible for defining & establishing the quality management system.
- To look after the day-to-day quality activities to ensure that employees are effectively implementing the quality system.
- Develops qualities policies & procedures that help in the consistent manufacture of quality products.
- Responsible for training the employees in quality practices.
- Draft quality assurance policies & procedures
- Interpret & implement quality assurance standards
- Evaluate adequacy of quality assurance standards
- Develop & help in the development of quality documents including quality manuals, SOPs, work instructions & related formats
- Monitor the distribution of quality documents in the company
- Explain the quality policy & objectives to employees & ways to achieve it
- Conduct regular training sessions for employees to familiarize them with current quality practices
- Define inspection activities for incoming, in process & finished goods.
- Review the implementation & efficiency of quality & inspection systems
- Define the agenda for internal quality audits & conduct periodic internal audits
- Document management review meetings & other quality assurance activities
- Periodic monitoring of other departments for compliance with SOPs & record keeping
- Collaborate with external auditors to facilitate external audits
- Develop, recommend & monitor corrective & preventive actions
- Monitor risk management activities.

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Must possess a strong technical aptitude
- Strong Ability to communicate technical information to others at various levels
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Customer service experience in a manufacturing environment
- Excellent attention to detail and verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with a Windows computing environment as well as the ability to learn custom software packages
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

**5. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS**:
**Qualifications**:
Graduate or Post Graduate with minimum of 2 years of working experience in the Quality assurance department.

**Minimum Experience**:

- Good understanding of 3D Printing processes and ISO 13485 requirements

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: ₹237,654.60 - ₹400,000.00 per year
