**Position**: QA Intern-(Quality Assurance)

**Work Location**: Work From Home (WFH)
**Shift Timing**: 11:30 AM - 8:30 PM
**Notice Period**: Immediate Joiner
**Communication Skills**: Good verbal and written communication skills required
**Qualification**: Any Graduate (Freshers welcome)
**Work Mode**: Remote / WFH
**Monthly Stipend**: ₹18,000 - ₹20,000
**Annual Compensation**: ₹2.40 LPA

- This is an internship position for QA (Quality Assurance)

JD FOR QA Internship
- Internship Objective: As a QA Intern, you will support the Quality Assurance team in evaluating customer interactions, assisting with data collation, and learning quality frameworks and audit processes. This role is designed to provide hands-on exposure to industry practices and help you build foundational skills in quality analysis, process evaluation, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
Quality Audits
- Logging findings as per audit checklists under supervision.
- Learn about different audit parameters and QA methodologies.

Data Collection & Reporting
- Assist in compiling audit reports in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Maintain tracker sheets for daily audit performance and scores.
- Help with basic trend summaries and highlighting recurring issues.

Learning & Development
- Attend internal calibrations and feedback sessions.
- Participate in team huddles and training refreshers.
- Shadow senior analysts to understand SOPs, dashboards, and CRM navigation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Graduate (or final year student) in any stream.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Good communication skills (written and spoken).
- High attention to detail and discipline in task execution.

Preferred (Good to Have):

- Prior exposure to inbound/outbound in EdTech, BPO, or customer support environments.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
- Awareness of CRM or LMS tools (optional)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
