Go Gauge Logistics stands as an emerging player in the project logistics space in India. Our comprehensive suite of services encompasses turnkey project logistics, vessel chartering, out-of-gauge (OOG) shipping, port handling & transhipment, heavy haulage & lifting, factory decommissioning solutions, international Air freight management, warehousing & customs clearance.
We are an associate company of Deccan Transport, India, a 33-year-old company that specializes in super heavy lift transportation and lifting. Our extensive fleet includes hydraulic axles, pullers, mechanical trailers, low-beds, drop decks, hydraulic telescopic cranes, skidding and jacking equipment, and strand jacks, all equipped with the latest instrumentation technology. Combined with our in-house engineering team, these resources make us a preferred choice for EPC and various sectors.
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist telesales executive representatives in generating leads and qualifying prospects through proactive outreach, research, and follow-up activities.
- Coordinate sales meetings, appointments, and demos for inside sales representatives, ensuring efficient scheduling and organization.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and maintain sales collateral, presentations, and other materials to support the sales process.
- Provide product information, pricing, and quotations to customers as requested, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, sales activities, and pipeline information in the CRM system.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of sales proposals, contracts, and other documentation.
- Follow up with customers to gather feedback, address concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist in the resolution of customer issues and escalations, coordinating with internal departments as needed.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to support lead generation efforts, campaigns, and promotions.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to the sales team.
- Support sales team members in administrative tasks, such as order processing, inventory management, and sales reporting.
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities to enhance knowledge and skills.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards at all times.
**Requirements**:
- MBA / Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
- Proven track record with at least 1+ years of experience in Sales support / Admin Support / Customer Support / Associate etc
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
- Proficiency in software and tools, including familiarity with CRM systems.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset to address client challenges effectively
