As a Customer Care officer specializing in scans and laboratory services, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a positive and seamless experience for patients undergoing diagnostic procedures. Your primary responsibility will be to assist and guide patients throughout their journey, from appointment scheduling to post-test inquiries. You will also collaborate closely with medical staff to facilitate efficient service delivery and patient satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Patient Assistance**:

- Act as the primary point of contact for patients scheduling scans and laboratory tests.
- Provide detailed information about different diagnostic procedures, including preparation instructions and expected timelines.
- Assist patients in booking appointments based on their preferences and medical requirements.
- **Appointment Management**:

- Coordinate scheduling of scans and laboratory tests to optimize capacity and meet patient needs.
- Reschedule appointments as necessary, ensuring mínimal disruption to patient schedules.
- **Customer Support**:

- Address patient queries and concerns promptly and courteously, demonstrating empathy and professionalism.
- Provide accurate information on test results retrieval and other relevant services.
- **Collaboration and Communication**:

- Liaise with laboratory technicians, radiologists, and other medical professionals to prioritize urgent cases and ensure timely reporting.
- Communicate effectively with patients to convey test results and instructions from medical staff.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Monitor service quality and patient feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Document patient interactions and feedback for continuous service enhancement.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in customer service or a related field, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in using computer systems for appointment scheduling and data entry.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and diagnostic procedures is advantageous.
- Empathetic and compassionate demeanor when dealing with patients.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
