Client Service Representative

As a client servicing professional, you'll be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with our valued clients. Your main task will be to provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to client inquiries and requests. This will involve understanding their needs and preferences, and providing them with accurate and detailed quotes for our products or services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Providing timely and accurate quotes based on client specifications.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure that quotes align with company policies and pricing guidelines.
- Following up with clients to answer any questions or address concerns regarding the quotes.
- Maintaining a comprehensive database of client interactions, quotes, and follow-ups.
- Building and nurturing long-term relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately calculate quotes.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Previous experience in client servicing or customer support roles is preferred.
- Should have knowledge of Canva and other design apps (Optional)

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
