Location: Mumbai, India
Experience : 3 years (2+ years in a client-facing role)
Position Purpose
Within the Global Banking Client Management division of companies CIB, the Client Service Support team aims to deliver top-tier service to clients.
The Audit Request team is responsible for the production & distribution of audit confirmations for Global Banking & Corporate Banking products across the APAC region. The team also acts as the entry point for client & auditor queries, regularly engaging with Big 4 audit firms.
Key Responsibilities
Direct Responsibilities
Manage client queries related to Audit Confirmations.
Ensure requests are processed as per Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Maintain close relationships with VIP clients.
Produce and deliver daily Audit Statements.
Configure & maintain audit report parameters in systems as per procedures.
Perform daily controls & ensure timely distribution.
Drive operational efficiency.
Maintain & enhance operational policies and procedures.
Identify opportunities to automate and streamline processes.
Propose enhancements & participate actively in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Contributing Responsibilities
Partner with Relationship Managers to understand client needs.
Collaborate with Back & Middle Offices for effective problem solving.
Ensure client satisfaction while adhering to policies & regulations.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders (RM, CSD, Credit, Marketers, etc.).
Suggest improvements in systems & tools to mitigate operational risks.
Share knowledge and contribute to colleagues' professional development.
Actively suggest process enhancements & continuous improvements.
Technical & Behavioral Competencies
3+ years' experience in Global Markets & Banking Operations, with 2+ years in a client-facing role.
Strong knowledge of end-to-end financial operational processes (pre- & post-trade).
Experience with Financial Institutions & Global Banking products.
